Quality certificate DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
PROFIROLL's declared goal is to increase the competitiveness of our customers. In order to continuously meet the required quality standards of our products and services, our quality management system is continuously improved. Our quality management is oriented towards the needs and requirements of our customers, partners, social forces and employees. PROFIROLL's quality management system has been awarded the quality certificate by TÜV Süd in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for the development, manufacture and sale of equipment for thread and profile rolling technology, gear rolling technology, ring rolling technology and tool technology.
Environmental certificate DIN EN ISO 14001:2015
The protection of the environment and the climate is one of PROFIROLL's main corporate goals and an integral part of our company policy. The DIN EN ISO 14001 certificate was awarded by TÜV Süd on the basis of our environmental management system. This shows that sustainable management, such as the conscious use of resources and an active commitment to the environment and nature, are deeply anchored in our company philosophy.
Occupational Health and Safety certificate DIN ISO 45001:2018
The health and safety of employees at work should be improved through occupational health and safety measures. Every accident means human suffering for the victims and their families, and every employee absence disrupts operations. This in turn affects quality and customer satisfaction and threatens the success of the business. Our aim is to ensure that accidents do not happen in the company. Top quality, optimum service, committed and safe employees, and safe working conditions and machinery open up promising prospects for us all.
The DIN ISO 45001 certificate was awarded to us by TÜV Süd on the basis of our health and safety management system. This shows that continuous preventive work on measures to improve safety at work is deeply rooted in our company philosophy.
Information Security
As a testing and exchange mechanism for corporate information security, TISAX enables the recognition of test results among participants. As part of our ISMS, we follow the information security questionnaire of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA). The assessment according to the TISAX requirements was carried out by TÜV Süd and conformity was confirmed. Registered participants can access PROFIROLL's test results in the TISAX portal.
