Preamble

To promote the competitiveness of our customers is the declared goal of PROFIROLL TECHNOLOGIES GmbH (from now on called PROFIROLL). In order to meet this goal, we are developing the company into the worldwide supplier and service provider of machines, tools and processes for industrial production by means of forming technologies of metallic materials.

With "machine, tool, process from one source" Profiroll has its own character, which successfully differentiates the company model from other competitors. Taking advantage of opportunities and risks, we want to be self-confident entrepreneurs and are committed to fighting spirit, creativity, perseverance and courage for change.

Art. 1 Commitment

1. PROFIROLL is committed to maintaining and continuously improving its quality management.
2. Our quality policy is defined by the management of PROFIROLL. It is regularly reviewed for expediency and appropriateness and adjusted as necessary.
3. Our quality management is oriented towards the needs and requirements of our customers, partners, social forces and employees.

Art. 2 Our customers

1. We develop new products and manufacturing processes together with our customers.
2. We want to convince our customers through customer benefits, the quality of our work, a competitive price-performance ratio and the greatest possible flexibility.
3. We want to distinguish ourselves by special speed, because we know about this factor, next to quality, as one of the cornerstones of sustainable success.

Art. 3 Our employees

1. Our employees are directly and unreservedly responsible for the implementation of our quality objectives in their respective areas of responsibility.
2. We expect each of our employees to accept their own responsibility for error-free work, for compliance with laws and standards, the rules applicable in the company as well as in-depth knowledge of the products and services.
3. Active participation in the continuous improvement of our processes and products, participation in the necessary further training measures as well as the willingness to deal openly with discovered errors make a decisive contribution to ensuring that our customers receive the best quality.
4. Motivated and satisfied employees are therefore always our focus. That is why we encourage personal responsibility, a willingness to learn and teamwork.
5. Employees have the right and the duty to point out defects and errors that prevent or impair the quality and work process.

Art. 4 Our products and processes

1. It is our goal to offer high-quality products that meet our customers' demands for environmental compatibility, economy, safety, quality and comfort in equal measure.
2. Our processes are clearly defined and transparent, in which work is constantly done to improve the quality and effectiveness of the products and processes.
3. Newly introduced processes are immediately documented and the documents are managed accordingly to ensure permanently high quality in all areas.

Art. 5 Our suppliers

1. PROFIROLL is a reliable and consistent partner for its suppliers.
2. We maintain an open, fair and informative communication style.
3. We set high quality standards for our suppliers and support them in the pursuit of common quality goals.
4. The selection of suppliers is designed for a long-term and fair partnership.

Art. 6 Continuous improvement

1. Our products and processes are subject to continuous improvement and further development, which is checked with regular internal audits.
