Circular Dies

Profiroll Circular Dies for rolling different threads, profiles and splines are used in infeed and throughfeed processes:

Die profiles

• Thread rolling dies, e.g. metric, ANSI, ball screw, Whitworth, etc.
• Spline rolling dies
• Serration rolling dies
• Special profile dies, e.g. worms, oil grooves, knurls, drills etc.
• Finish dies for Finish-Burnishing Rolling and Densification rolling

Optional: SRS - Spur-Referenz-System (Trace reference System)

• The Profiroll SRS is a comfortable mounting assistance. With SRS a reference is given so every die is instantly usable without manual overlaying of traces. New trace finding is not necessary.

• Profiroll Spline Rolling dies have a special bore profile. This system is needed for referencing of die profile to rolling spindle and to avoid any backlash. This is the first key to achieve high quality splines.
