From the 18th to the 23rd of September Profiroll presented their newest innovations in the field of cold metal forming on the industry leading trade show for machining – the EMO in Hannover.
One of our highlights was the world premier or our PR 15e Compact in combination with Profiroll Bin Picking, which is our solution for loading of loose bulk material. Another application came from the EV sector. Profile forming on a hollow rotor shaft with through force rolling without the support of an arbor put our CNC controlled spline rolling machine Rollex in focus. Our machine portfolio at the EMO show was completed with fully automated PR 15 HP for burnishing a steering worm and a PB 200, which is our success model for burnishing ring gears.
It gave us great joy to welcome so many guests from all over the world at our booth and we would like to thank everybody for their interest in our products.
