Profiroll Technologies GmbH will take over the insolvent press manufacturer Raster Zeulenroda in Thuringia on January 1st 2016. The aim of this step is to diversify in other applications of metal forming. Various synergies in the production and international distribution shall be used. In 2015 the staff of Raster Zeulenroda, under the leadership of the liquidator Rolf Rombach, had demonstrated that the site is fit for the future. Now both partners want to benefit from this spirit and further expand with the experience of the highly successful corporate development of Profiroll. All employees of Raster Zeulenroda will be taken over, as they are crucial for the success of the challenging tasks under the umbrella of Profiroll.
