In addition to the PB 200 for burnishing of annulus gears, also for hybrid automatic transmissions, the Rollex HP was admired by trade fair visitors. This machine rolled a long spline on a rotor shaft in the truforce rolling without any mandrel support. In addition, the PR 400 HP celebrated at the EMO Premiere with a spline on a rotor shaft for transmitting the torque to the subsequent gear. The presentation of the PR 15 HP was rounded off as an automated solution with a palletizing system for burnishing rolling of steering worms from CEPS steering worms.
The exhibition once again confirmed its international character this year. In addition, small and medium-sized companies increasingly came to inform themselves about new production technologies from cold rolling.
