Ring Rolling Technology - URWA Series

The URWA® (UmformRingWalzAutomat - Forming Ring Rolling automat) Series is characterized by a symmetric design with vertical and thus space reducing component arrangement.

All machines are CNC controlled, having an implemented user guidance system. Recording and saving of rolling data allow a fast changeover process and a repeatability of rolling results. For integration into production lines a mechanical loading and unloading unit can be adapted. Additionally loading via robot allows a unique flexibility.
