A delegation of 16 people of the project "Stronger Together Manufacturing Workforce Mission" of the American Coucil on Germany visited us in Bad Dueben.
After a short presentation of our company and a tour through our facilities, the focus shifted to the apprenticeship efforts at Profiroll. Our guests, HR team, training supervisors and apprentices had a interesting dialog around how to recruit more skilled workforce, maintain existing workforce and elevate the qualifications of our workforce.
